Juice Fast Day 5 (the Final Day)
Soooooooo, I ate a salad on my last day of the Fast (yesterday).   One may consider that a failure, but another may look at the 110 hours of fasting that lead up to that delicious, saliva inducing plate of raw vegitables (just begging to be chewed) as a victory in itself.  As for me, I chalk it up to experience and understanding.  I learned a lot about myself in my 4 1/2 days of juicing....

I've been slacking on my photography lately...
soooo, i think I am going to try and chronicle my 5 day juice fast stating tomorrow.  I’m not one to put myself in front of the camera, so it might be a lot of pictures of fruits and veggies in various stages…from solid to liquid.  I should meditate on this tonight (my fast, not my photography)
